The campaign is led by UK Health Security Agency in collaboration with the Devolved Administrations (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland); the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and professional bodies/ organisations towards the ‘One Health’ initiative.
Antibiotic Guardian for South Africa has been developed by UK Health Security Agency in collaboration with the National Department of Health and the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Antimicrobial Resistance
The initial concept for this website and logo was developed jointly with the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, who also kindly provided the initial funding for the website
Antibiotic Guardian supports the UK Antimicrobial Resistance strategy, European Antibiotic Awareness Day (18 November) and World Antibiotic Awareness Week (14-20 November 2016)
